Lately I haven't been able to do a lot of my Beachbody workouts full out because of a pull in my shoulder (eek... ok, it's my rotator cuff. UGH). So, I have been experimenting with some other ways I can workout without it affecting my problem area.
This workout is one that will REALLY target your abs, booty, and legs. BIG TIME! Once you get through 2 rounds of this, your body might be burning just a little! But, keep going! Try at least 3-4 rounds!
